Although it's my go to store, the last few times I've used Scan & Go turns out to be Scan, walk around through self checkout because it's blocked, and then questioned about my use of "Scan and Go"....and then Go.

I understand folks misusing and scamming the system, but if you're going to be that distrusting, just disable that ability for your store.
Other than that, produce is pretty cheap compared to other places. 95% of the time I leave with 100% of what I came for.
Locked items can suck as it takes a while for someone to respond, or if they do, locate someone with the keys or app. I've waited 15 mins at automotive once and the same at cosmetics.
The store is currently under construction, so I'll blame the chaos on that for now. Hopefully once they are done, things get better!
