If i could leave zero stars, i would.
I will NEVER spend another penny here. Took 20 minutes to gee someone to help me at the pharmacy with diabetic supplies. Then the kid did not make sure the test strips i chose matched the meter i selected – same visit. Contour but one was countour ONE. And tgey are not interchangeable . Additionally, the shelf tag for the test strips did not match what i paid for them(i was charged $20 more than i expected.) i bought almost $200 of groceries so i did not notice the problem until i saw the total and examined the receipt. I went straight to customer service, without leaving the building and they would not let me return them to get the correct item. Again, i DID NOT EVEN LEAVE THE BUILDING!!! Crooks and idiots! Idiots and crooks! They dont give a rats butt about customer service. Sam Walton would be sadly disappointed in this store. I will NEVER spend my hard-earned money here again!!

I've always been a fan of Walmart as a child and now as an adult. Some Walmarts are busier than others. But for the most part. All of them provide great product,great staff and good comfortable shopping. The Walmart on Macdade Boulevard in Delaware County provides all of the above I mentioned but their staff even the ones not seen in this photo provide even more than that. I would rate this Walmart as exceptional because the staff alone goes above and beyond. And it's every time I go there. If not for myself I actually see a staff member doing something above and beyond. Even the young lady that pushes that huge mop broom around collecting spills or debris. They all do their job with pride and a since of urgency seeming like so they can get to the next customer or situation. I feel bad because I dont remember the Walmart super employee that assisted me with purchasing a bike for my son to travel back and forth to work. I think his name was Pat. I frantically went to the bike department asking for assistance from a Walmart staff member i saw walking around. She immediately went and got Pat who came from the back storage room listening to me ask him if he could take the wheels off of a bike so I can fit it inside my way to small vehicle to transport the bike only 10 blocks away. Pat allowed me to look over the bike. He explained features and price. He then walked me to the register himself and then assisted taking it to my car. Before determining we could put the top down on my vehicle. Pat really did try evey angle. But then he got it inside. A few onlookers and myself were skeptical not thinking he could. But Pat(if that's his name) was extremely patient and skilled. I also tried to add a nice tip inside his Walmart smock. But he jumped back saying its against the Walmart company policy to accept tips. I understand and gave the Salvation Army Santa standing outside of Walmart doors the tip and I told Pat its from him. That morning. And it was before 8am in the morning. I remember being desperate for good help,a good bike price and fast service because my son relies on a bike to go to work 6 days a week. That early in the morning. Pat and the Walmart staff provided me with exceptional service from the time I walked in the door until he safely watched me pull off of the Walmart parking lot. Pat also suggested I purchase the warranty on the bike and he specifically told me if the bike has any issues. Call the store and ask for him or bring the bike back. He explained why the warranty purchase was important as well. So I learned a few things from Pat as well. The world would be so much better if we had staff like the staff inside Walmart on Macdade Boulevard in Delaware County,my preferred choice of Walmart locations.

Nice people more stocked then most Walmarts wish it had a fresh area .. as with ever Walmart go early when there are more of them to deal with all of us, thanks guys for working in the pandemic for all of us

All of the employees were very helpful and courteous. Management needs better signs at self check out that clearly let you know if they take cash or credit only. They change everything I go.

Great customer service in the electronics department. I bought an inexpensive cell phone and the man spent about 1.5 hours patiently setting it up, which was great because I didn’t have a cell phone. So, kudos to Walmart!
