Hi, I used to shop at Walmart. I bought a SE iPhone. I thought it was a new phone. The advertisement said it was a new phone but when I got it, the box was damaged and it was missing some things like the paperwork for the phone and all that, so I tried to call the Felma in Scarborough store And if you have any experience with them, you would know it’s almost it’s impossible to get a hold of anybody in customer service so I had to call the store out west the main store to talk to them about the problems that I’m having here I bought a new phone and the phone was used And they will and the phone will only go to 70% battery charging. I tried to get a replacement, they just wanna give me my money back. I just want the phone. I bought this for my grandson‘s birthday the first of the month now they’re saying it’s useful. I didn’t buy it as a phone. I contact iPhone. They went through everything they saw the advertisement that I saw now it’s changed to use phones instead of new phones. I don’t know if Walmart did this on purpose but iPhone sent me a new phone. I got a used phone and they won’t replace it. They won’t help me. They won’t even replace the battery. I never really was a Walmart shopper. I just started recently, but I guess all those stories about these stores are true so target here I come.
