Currently sitting in the drive thru line and have been for a while. Finally get up to the point where a tech can assist me and she decides to take a car that just pulled up. Seriously, I'm in pain and cannot walk. Horrible customer service! No one cares when I asked why that was the case, asked who was the manager and they declined to answer. I now know it's Samantha Dean according to my receipt.
