The vast majority of the people who work there are quick, friendly, and efficient. If they're out of medications, they call in a shipment and let you know when it should be available. They have the option to receive text alerts when your meds are ready, which is an awesome time-saver.
Honestly, I've only ever had issues with one person (who no longer works there) being snippy or getting my meds wrong. The only downsides for me is they're not 24/7 and sometimes the system will mark a script as a hold instead of immediate fill and you'll have to ask them to fix it (only adds about 20 minutes, though, so if you make it your first stop you can get your shopping done while you wait).
