However, at times it seems like they are short staff and not well managed. If you need anything from the locked cabinets, you have to wait 10-30 minutes for someone to come help you after pressing the 'help' button. Same as cashiers, most of the time there's only 1 or 2 lanes open.
If you need help for return, pick up online order, or need help, be prepared to wait 10-30 min as well. Most of the time no one manning that station and when they eventually come, they will only do their tasks only and will not lift a finger or get out of their ways to help with other things. They can stand there watching you waiting for a long time while they are doing nothing and tell you it's not their job so you just have to wait for another person to come help you, whenever that person is available.
There are 4 self check out lanes but most often, you have to wait for a really long time as some people really like to take their own sweet time to inspect their items before scanning and organize their shopping carts after scanning while taking a while to find their credit cards from their wallets to pay. I'm not exaggerating as this happens 80% of the time I visit this store especially during busy hours.
Overall it's a good and convenient neighborhood grocery store if you are not in a hurry and enjoy taking your slow-life time. Or if you want to go there during off-peak hours to avoid unnecessary wait.
