Customer service & automotive is horrible! Since automotive wasn’t part of the selection menu, I had to talk to the customer service. I simply asked if they still carry snow chains? It’s a yes or no answer. She didn’t know & she transferred me. So I waited & waited hearing the ringing on my side for 3-5 minutes. Since automotive didn’t pick up, it went back to customer service. This happened 2 more times until they picked up. Imagine waiting & hearing the ringing for a total of 15 minutes for them to pick up just for a yes or no answer. Absolutely ridiculous!! Since I first spoke to customer service asking if they carry snow chains, they should’ve asked automotive & inquire for me or see if they carry it in their computer system or radio them for an answer instead of simply transferring me. I mean, that’s how customer service works!! Not just pass the bucket to another employee & then pick their noses.
