I got confused to find pad for period since it's my first time went to Walgreens urgently at the time it's almost closed, and my first time in USA. I mistakenly purchased pad for bladder control instead for period. As I was waiting for my catch connect inside the store, I realized there's another section for period pad. So I went there, took the correct ones, and asked for return to the same sales person. She said I needed my AMERICAN ID to proceed, while I'm an international student who don't have one. Asked to manager, and he replied "ID IS NEEDED BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT PEOPLE EASILY RETURN STUFF". Then sales people said, "YOU CAN BRING YOUR FRIEND'S ID". I mean, why don't you just use your ID? You knew I'm the same person and I mistakenly bought different stuff. Not intentionally return because I didn't like it. No wonder this store had very low ratings, service is bad, no problem solving skills, no curiosity, no intentions to ease people in need.
