Everyone is great, even when having a bad day. There are lots of negative reviews here, and most of the complaints I've read seem to be from ignorance and miscommunication. My experience has always been good. The staff are very busy and work within the confines set forth by FDA, CMS, insurance guidelines, and physican orders.
Fee has always been very direct. Amy is very good at multi-tasking, Ruby and Justin know the meds and the regulations but also have clinical insight into symptom management, drug interactions, and side effects. They are all very determined to help their customers, and at the end of the day, middle or beginning, they are humans who are making an honest living. Pharmacists actually have a doctorate, its the initials right behind their name. And maybe the "white coats they don't deserve to wear" are covering the sweat stains from an emotionally charged environment dealing with disgruntled, sick, worried patients and family members who, during their own limited perspective lash out at the very people trying to help them.
A simple "thank you" goes a long way. Try it.
