Not once have they had my rx ready when they said it would be ready. I call every time before coming and the automated system never gives the correct estimate. Pharmacy closes 1:30-2 for lunch, which is fine except you don’t see pharmacy staff walking back into the building until 2:05+. Finally rolled up the “Closed” shade in the drive thru window at 2:10, but the lady continued about her business as if there was no one at the window. She finally came back and acknowledged me at about 2:15 just to let me know my rx was not ready (per usual), she could not give me a time estimate, and the best I could do was come inside and fwait (last time I did that I waited 1.5 hours before giving up and leaving). Obviously I don’t know the staff personally, but its not hard to see that they have no work ethic and no compassion for working with customers who most often don’t feel well. I cannot stand the attitude of the staff and their inability to be helpful. My business is insignificant I get it, but I’m done. I hope you are too. The Pharmacy at Central Point Walgreens suuuuuucks. I’m not a Karen I swear. I just have an understanding of how people, customers, and patients should be treated while this location clearly does not.
