I am a customer who always spends a lot of money in this store but today I was disappointed because I got some things online to pick up,
when I reviewed my order I saw that I was missing 2 products but on my credit card they always charged me for everything when I asked the Very kind cashier lady, she called her day shift manager,
The manager treated me so badly that she criticized me and did not want to return my money or the product that I had bought. It was so disappointing. This lady, being a manager, yelled at me in such an ugly,i took a video of how she treated me and took a photo. Here is this uneducated lady with such a rude attitude.I was in store waiting for my boyfriend. to help me because I was so scared of the way she treated me, we asked all the employees by name and they looked scared as if she treated them the same way I do as a client and having my right, she treated me this way. So she didn't want to come out and show her face or apologize, until we begged the person helping her to give us her name and her name is Priscila Leu.

How is it possible that Wallgreens, being one of the largest companies in the United States, has these types of people who have no education in customer service?
