This Walgreen Pharmacy at Applegarth Monroe is terrible! They changed my medication to a different brand without notification. The new medication not only did not work, but also gave me several adverse reactions. I asked the pharmacy to change back to the original brand, they refused to do so. In addition, the pharmacist refuse to report adverse reactions to manufacture or relevant health authority. I thought they have the responsibility to report these adverse reactions. I asked to talk the manger, and he is the worst. He was very rude and lied to me about every single point that he was making. For example, nobody has this problem with this medication, but that particular problem is indeed very common per scientific literature and google search. If the store manager lied to a patient on this type of detail, what can I trust him? I almost suspect they gave me fake medication. They do not care about patient’s wellbeing at all.
