I gave it 3 stars, because I have never had a problem here, until today.I visited store #6585 at 8pm today, and had a disturbing encounter with a young man who appeared to be the store manager. As I was checking out, he went past me, not observing social distancing protocols, to speak to the cashier. I noticed that he was wearing a makeshift mask (which looked like an altered headband) that was too small to cover his nose. I told him that it was too small to do any good. He argued that face masks are 90% ineffective, which is not true, but irrelevant to the fact that he felt the need to argue the notion with a customer. I told him that doctors disagree with that, and that the potential for him to spread droplets containing the virus by not covering his nose is much greater than if it were covered. I told him that he could be infecting customers and all of the merchandise in the store. He made a snarky remark about the fact that my glasses were fogging up, and weren't those "droplets"? I said that was from my breathing, and he responded, sarcastically, saying that he "didn't know about any of that", moments after claiming to be an expert on mask efficiency. He then walked away, saying, "this is just for corporate", apparently referring to wearing any kind of face covering at all. I can no longer feel safe in that store, knowing that the manager is not taking the proper precautions to insure the safety of his employees and customers. Something should be done to make this young man follow the suggested guidelines - and to teach him something about customer relations.
