1. During my recent phone call regarding my prescriptions, the pharmacist appeared to be in a considerable hurry. Unfortunately, his demeanor was unprofessional, as he frequently interrupted me, placed me on hold without notice, and ultimately disconnected the call before I could express my concerns fully.2. I was informed that I would receive a text notification when my prescriptions were ready, but I did not receive any such communication.3. When I followed up approximately three and a half hours later, the representative I spoke with was also unprofessional, expressing frustration about being overwhelmed with work responsibilities, including filling numerous prescriptions, operating the cash register, and managing phone calls—despite being alone. When I inquired about the pharmacist's whereabouts, she mentioned, “he left me here alone to do everything.” Additionally, she attempted to discuss another pharmacy and pharmacist in a gossipy manner. Upon my arrival, an hour later, I observed that there were three other staff members present in the pharmacy, including the pharmacist I had encountered earlier. This inconsistency has led me to question her honesty and my trust in her handling of my medication.4. When I arrived to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacist again displayed a rude attitude and attempted to charge me for my son's medication, even though he has Medicaid as a secondary insurance, which raised concerns regarding potential misconduct.In summary, this experience has been quite disappointing. While I understand the pharmacy may have been busy, such circumstances do not justify rudeness or misinformation towards customers.
