Horrific. It doesn't matter whether you're in the drive through or in the store, you are going to wait...a looong time, even when you're first in line!They get the orders wrong. How it's possible to get it wrong time and again is baffling. Customer service? Hahaha!, non existent. They will refuse to get the order right and blame the insurance. It's like this is their firs time filling a prescription.They bought Rite Aid to take the customers, and here we are 6 months later, no improvement, if anything, they are worse. Yeah, I don't even want to get started on their horrible safety caps and MISSING information on their labels.When Rite Aid called, it was to tell you that your Rx was ready and FILLED!!! Walgreens calls you with a reminder, and does not fill the Rx, so that when you go to pick up, you have to wait for them to fill it. Hello McFly, I don't need a reminder when I can see I got one pill left, it negates the point of the automatic refill. I'd like to go in get my automatic refill and get out!Rite aid was FLAWLESS. Easy in, Easy out. Plenty of Pharmacist on hand, never a wait, and if they had a question on the insurance, they would call the insurance to find out the issue, correct it and get your Rx filled.If you want to be ignored, go to Walgreens.
