I am a senior-senior. Went to pick up a prescription at drive up window and was told not ready and, they were going to lunch. This was one-thirty. Came back at three-fifteen, pharmacist came and said not ready and had just been received. Not true! My doctor' office called this morning with the order. I asked when it would be ready...half hour or so, not true, busy with appointments. He said I could wait in the store. I wasn't dressed for that. That's why I drove up to the window and wasn't feeling well. Hence I needed a prescription. I won't be going here again!
Ned to add on...Another prescription called in by my provider...days go by...Supposely pharmacist reviewing and will let me know when ready. By the way, phone calls are all automated. You never can talk to a human being! And add insult to injury, I called the automated line and was told pharmacy temporarily closed...DAYS!! I contacted my provider who had to submit to another pharmacy. Can you imagine, if you need an immediate prescription??
