I can certainly understand the frustration people feel regarding the pharmacy, but to lambast that aspect without understanding how most pharmacists have been treated during the pandemic just shows me how little compassion and empathy is present. Covid 19 really distrupted a system that was already delicate and most places were hurting for good help anyway, when the pandemic was raging a lot of pharmacies found themselves scrambling to make sure they had sufficient staff as most got burned out pretty quickly. So of course now you will find that the staff is untrained, tired, and overwhelmed. This obviously fails both the consumer and the company. I'm not defending the rude actions by the staff by any means, rather, to shed a little light on how most corporations have been affected by the pandemic and how that has also affected the services rendered. Are some pharmacists better than others? Absolutely. Do some Walgreens possess a better understanding and treatment of their employees? Most definitely. To quote a favorite Saturday Night Live sketch of mine, "there's 100 floors of frights - they ain't all gonna be winners."
Other than that, this store is pretty good and has what I need. Can't complain about the prices, just try to get in and get out before it gets too busy.
