This is the third time I've edited my review... Things were terrible, things were good, then things went back to terrible starting about 6 months ago. I have now switched pharmacies, as of about 4 months ago. Too many lost prescriptions. Conflicting information. Slow service . And other issues. The pharmacy techs seemed absolutely great, and friendly, but were often kept in the dark by the pharmacist I think.___________Many things have changed in the last year! For the better. Very prompt service, text notifications when prescriptions are ready, the line moves quickly. And if you hit it at non-rush hour times there is no line and you can walk in or drive through easy. Attendents are courteous for the most part and very helpful. Take time answer my questions.--------------Here's my review from a year ago, which is no longer a factor. No longer relevant.I understand being busy, I understand being short-staffed and overwhelmed. I'm okay with that because we're doing what we can under covid. But we waited in line for over a half hour for the drive-thru, then when we pulled up to the window the tech said they were closing the drive-thru and we would have to come in and wait behind the line of people inside. We lost our place in line. She could have at least integrated us into that line instead of putting us behind it. She could have put roadblock out and served last people and the drive-thru line. So no excuse for that customer experience. I'll find a new pharmacy.
