They often do not communicate about prescriptions. Staff can be great and staff can be rude. Lots of hoops to jump through.

Update: Went right before closing time last week and there was no line and the pharmacist immediately helped us. Really slow service. Can’t come without waiting 20-30 minutes just to pick up a prescription, even when the line is short. The snacks are great though.
