I read bad reviews online and I always think what are the other circumstances or parts of stories that we don’t know. However in this 1 star review - this is definitely the case. Undoubtedly the worst experience ever at this location - buyer beware - everything they sell is available online from other retailers for a more competitive price. Post covid, I was wearing a mask to meet Beth for an appointment. Upon the entrance, she told us we didn’t have an appointment and she couldn’t recall having our designers name. So she wouldn’t let us in. We asked if we could step in to browse at some lamps and she told us straight up no since we needed an appointment. She couldn’t bother to let us in - she said she had an a client coming in which would take 2 hours and she would let us in after if we wanted to wait around. We explained we drove over 30 minutes to come in. But her clients wasn’t in yet and she couldn’t bother to give us the time of day. There was NO ONE else in the showroom and every other showroom in the design center had doors wide opened. It is shocking that such poor customer service still exists. All she had to do was let us in to browse and perhaps when her client comes, we could leave. Or just assign us with a different person or just let us freely browse. But there was no intention to keep or make her customer. A lot of times customer service is only about trying - she has Zero motivation. Not to mention, I spoke with my designer and said they do not pick up the phone and when they do, it goes to voicemail right away. Take your business somewhere else cuz they do not deserve it.
