After reading the response from the owner I have to say:
Nothing but excuses after excuses.
I'm sorry, but it seems like you are making excuses for not being efficient and reliable. You assured me that the repair would be completed the next day because you receive orders daily, yet you admit that you forgot to add my part to the order, which was your mistake. Then, the next day, my part arrived late in the evening due to UPS delays, which you claim you have no control over. We never tried to discuss this issue yesterday.
It's incredibly disappointing to see that you are not acknowledging the truth and displaying such carelessness , especially considering your claim to be a very responsible store.
