They are busy and have a clientele that are making appointments I get it. I wanted a haircut and shave and their website states that is $40. When I spoke with the lady at the counter I advised her of this and she said it would be $35?? There was a chalkboard with handwritten new prices that said haircut and beard $35 nothing about shaving the beard so I asked again and again she said $35. Got in the chair and got my haircut and shave. He used a straight razor then an electric razor on my neck. He was really really rough with the electric razor on my neck. My fault I guess for not speaking up. Once finished I went to pay and of course she says $60!!?? So I payed and left. Once I got home my neck was so trashed and rashed up from that electric razor that I could barely sleep that night. Two days later and I still have a large red rash burn on my Adam’s Apple. If you go make an appointment, get the price in writing up front and NEVER get the hot shave (at least from the guy who sits behind the receptionist)
