went to get a fade from nard on 7/23, its now the first of august and my head still hasnt recovered from what im assuming was dirty clippers. ive never had this happen to me before in my life. this could possibly never heal properly, and even if it does, might leave permanent scars. i wouldnt recommend it; i cant speak on the other barbers in the shop.

Watch out for the barber named cruise he is a very rude old man I couldn’t sit in his chair for more then 5 mins before I cancelled the appointment because his attitude was so bad he also hung up the phone in my face when I called to confirm but I let that slide little did I know he would continue the same behavior once I got there . The other barbers seem cool but steer clear of him . Thank me later

There are several skilled barbers here who are apt at dealing with all styles of hair, and the environment is clean & friendly. Quality hair styling all around, perfect for full cuts, fades, blend, lining & tapers, and beard trims.

I never write reviews but this has been the worst haircut I have had in Illinois. Went in and the young lady with the dreadlocks asked do you have an appointment. I said no. I asked for a simple Taper and Shave and now I'm stuck with a horrible cut. Avoid this place unless you like looking like you haven’t had a cut. For $40. I can't believe she requested $40 for a haircut and clipper shave . She don't even know how to use a razor properly. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the IDFPR but I doubt if she has a license. Very unhappy and disappointed at this young lady.

I’ve been to this shop several times over the last year and had a great experience. However, at this most recent visit I received the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in 20 years. My hairline was pushed back at least a full inch and my the rest of the cut was overall uneven. Additionally, none of the clippers were cleaned before I sat down, the chair had a lot of hair on it, the barber kept walking off, and more. The haircut is so bad I might have to cut all my hair off and just start over.
