I first went to one of the Verizon corporate stores with an issue regarding my device trade-in. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with their customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do. They basically brushed me off and told me to call customer service.
Thankfully, I decided to try this Verizon location in East bidwell, Folsom. and that’s where I met Marcus. He was amazing. Marcus took the time to really listen to my issue. He didn’t just tell me to call customer service, he actually called them for me, stayed on the line, explained the whole situation on my behalf, and stayed with me throughout the entire process. He spent over an hour making sure everything was resolved. He never gave up until my problem was fully taken care of.
Marcus went above and beyond, and his exceptional service completely turned around a frustrating experience. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend asking for him if you ever visit this store. Thank you, Marcus
