I was immediately greeted and asked if I could be helped, I told the representative what I was in search of, he immediately showed me what they had. They had one tablet case left, it was black and it was $39.99.
I personally, think $40 for a tablet case is a bit steep, so I politely declined. Being a good salesperson, he informed me, my account had a discount available for my transaction. The discount was a mere $7, but he was nice enough to offer me a discount of $10 off, of which I declined again. He was persistent, I give him accolades for his persistence. I ended up purchasing a tablet case for the low price of $25 including tax! Nice Score for me!
The representative who assisted me was Robert W. and he was really nice and personable, he went above and beyond his service role. He wound up discounting the price of the tablet case by 50%, and being that the only case left in the store was black, he let me special order a case of another color that Verizon had available online and in stock. He placed the order for me and had it shipped to my address free of charge! Now that's some great service!
The Customer service from this Verizon store was encouraging, all the staff members were friendly. It was fun to joke around a little with them while trying to pick the custom case color. Should I need any other items for my Verizon tablet, glad to have this Verizon Retailer in close proximity, with happy, friendly staff members.
