My daughter and I went to the local store to setup her own account and transfer her two lines to her new account. Andrew was the agent helping us. From the start, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Due to the transfer we had to call 611 and give permission to release and transfer the two lines. Then enters Verizon Costumer Care Agent Angel. For the next hour we suffered due to Angel’s lack of knowledge and inability to do anything correct. If I had not been for Andrew’s great personality we would have dropped Verizon and every line we had. Angel was a train-wreck. We all suffered the frustration together and found ways to laugh. If you need help definitely see Andrew. If you ever get an agent named Angel on the phone save yourself and hang up. Andrew is a five star employee.
