The Staff is Excellent with their customer skills and expertise. I recently retired as a computer support, customer service technician, and can say with authority, this shop is stellar.
We were at this Verizon twice. The first time comparing my wife's basic smartphone phone, to a more robust phone. (We are geocachers, so a longer battery life was our desire). Verizon was more then helpful, and honest, comparing the phone from an online resource which we provided, to what they had in their inventory.
The second time at Verizon, we provided the purchased smartphone from an online resource, and the Verizon Staff, was very happy and willing to assist with the data transfer, and SIM swap. As we awaited the data transfer to the new phone, multiple Verizon techs, came up to us pleasantly, chatty, offering any assistance they could provide.
I rarely in my life, have seen this level of excellent customer support.

Customer Service STANDS at Stellar level.
I came in at 11:30 today. Customer Service representative came up immediately and informed it may be 1 hour wait time or schedule an appointment (just for those NOT in the know, the BEST places are ALWAYS busy).
I requested a SIM Swap and data transfer to a new phone (Dogee, waterproof phone)(not in Verizon offerings))
Verizon tech never seen the Dogee waterproof phone though I was in and out after 30 minutes waiting, then Just 15 minutes technical expertise..
As a retired customer support professional I still uphold this Verizon is has the best customer service and technical expertise in Southern Maryland.
