After purchasing both a Jaguar SUV F-Pace Sport rt and 2022 Range Rover Sport, I've had the most difficult time with the service department for both vehicles. GOOD LUCK with trying to reach anyone there. I simply don't know where to begin, but I can tell you it is IMPOSSIBLE to obtain assistance from anyone in the Service/Parts department. Leaving messages is a WASTE OF TIME!!! No one takes your call, nor do they return them. I never had that experience with BMW, nor Mercedes.
As a business man, it is imperative that I accommodate the needs of my clients, if only to return their calls promptly so they know I am aware of their interests in resolving an issue. Simple Business 101.
I'm thoroughly convinced my business means nothing to Velocity, or should I say to their service department, which by all definition is an extension of Velocity. I suppose because there is no competition in Hawaii, Velocity acts on that fact, and the customer is inconvenienced.
Lucky for me, we won't have to service our cars at Velocity ever again since we're headed back to Seattle.
Unfortunately for those of you who wish to buy a vehicle from Velocity, BEWARE!!! You'll have to deal with their service department anyway. Just know what to expect, regardless of how much you pay for your car.
