Working with Spencer was easy and straightforward from the start. I had already been talking to a few other dealerships before finding him, and to be honest, I was starting to lose hope. It felt like I kept running into the same issues—people not following through, making promises they didn’t keep, or just not paying attention to what I actually wanted. But Spencer immediately stood out. He really listened. He asked the right questions, understood exactly what I was looking for, and got to work without wasting any time.
In what felt like no time at all—literally just a couple of hours—he tracked down the exact truck I’d been searching for at another dealership. It had every feature I wanted, and the fact that he was able to locate it so quickly just blew me away. Even better, we were able to handle the entire transaction virtually, which was a huge relief with my busy schedule. No need to go back and forth or sit around a showroom for hours.
