They said that my payment didn’t go through even though I had over $500 in my card and it showed in my transactions that it did. They held me at the register and wouldn’t let me leave the store until I paid AGAIN. And while making the second payment it said I had a sufficient funds because CLEARLY my first payment went through. They still didn’t let me go until it said in their System that it went through. In the end, I was charged both transactions. They told me I can speak to Olga about the situation and I would get my money back from the first transaction. It’s been almost a week and no one has gotten back to me. Also every time I call, Olga or Elizabeth is “on lunch” or gone for the day. I leave a message and it’s not going anywhere. I’m seriously going to the police about this matter since I still don’t have the $271 they OWE me. After talking to a few people, they told me this has happened to them or someone they know which is sad. I’m never going back there, they are literally taking advantage of low income families. I never leave reviews for any place, but I don’t want this to happen to someone else. I hope this helps someone. Proof below about how many times they charged me and I showed them this and the receipt of the last store that I went to which states the EBT balance and they still didn’t believe me about the transaction going.
