Extremely disappointed in how this business is "ran" and how they treat customers, like I was today. Never coming here again. Had a very extensive reserve list of several series of books. Was told my list was cancelled due to lack of pick up and communication. They "notate" in their system that they call or spoke to me, which is a flat out lie. The two times I ACTUALLY spoke with someone in the last 2 months about a book, I informed them I already owned it and didn't need it. Instead of putting it back on the shelf, they "notated" they held it and I did not pick it up. I walked out after Deb refused to work with me before rudely claiming I was a damage to their business and that, "We're done here!" This was after her arguing with me about supposed dates, times, and notes of contact, which is pointless since these are all fabricated. So inconsiderate and unprofessional for a bookstore to flat out make up notes and lie about a customer to get out of their mishaps and accountability. Get a new phone system or actually call the customer AND SPEAK WITH THEM DIRECTLY before making up lies and cancelling out their entire reading list. Your notes can say whatever they want, but I can print out a 3 year call list from my phone provider to prove how many times I was truly contacted, which differs greatly from your system and its notes.
