There were two accidents, one on S Avenue and another near the office where I had my appointment, but my husband was already there and for longer and the response was that it was not her problem and she did not attend to us. I fully understand that an appointment has to be arrived on time but unfortunately due to the accidents that were not my fault either, I arrived 3 minutes late with all my documentation ready but the woman was very rude, I hope this does not happen to anyone else, being customer service does not make you the owner of the place and humbly we are here to serve and understand the customer
