Read MoreMy experience with this pharmacy for Tirzepatide was terrible. Despite charging a $25 "overnight shipping" fee, my medication wasn't delivered on time. My dr's office ordered early Thursday morning, yet it wasn't shipped for Friday delivery, forcing me to delay until the following week. When I requested a refund for the $25, the Pharmacy refused, claiming it's their standard "shipping"fee regardless of actual overnight delivery--completely different from what they told me and my doctor's office initially.
If they can't stand by their shipping promises or their mistakes, how can I trust their product?
Additionally, the customer service rep was rude and dismissive, hanging up on me when I called to inquire why it's not shipped timely & suggested involving my doctor to resolve the issue after he conveniently try to blame the office for not ordering it on time. When the medication finally arrived, it made me sick & didn't work as expected. I've since switched back to the previous pharmacy, which, while more expensive, offers a better product & respectable/ reliable service. For $650 a month, this pharmacy's poor service & lack of accountability make it a hard no. I wouldn't recommend them.
