I went in on 5/15 and made a purchase using my military discount, on the way out I saw something else I wanted so I decided to purchase that as well, when I got back to the counter the manager (who already had an attitude for some reason) told me that I could only use my military discount one time, so I said ok that’s fine and I was going to put the shorts back but she told me that she could return the original shirt I bought and then I could rebuy everything in one transaction, I said no thanks it’s all good and she insisted that it was super easy and fast so I just said whatever. Well I never received the money from the refund so I’ve been calling and emailing all week with no response, today I decide to go up there when it said they opened at 10 (which is when all the other stores at this mall open) but they informed me that they don’t open until 11 for some reason but it says 10 on google as well. But whatever I’m just gonna count it as a loss and keep it moving. Tired of wasting time on this same shirt! At this point I’m just not gonna shop there anymore.
