This store, originally from California, came to South Florida in a much needed time where Publix had bad quality products and Whole Foods will charge you an arm and a leg for organic avocado.
This store in particular is located in a mix used building and you need to park above and can validate the ticket, parking is free.
Trader Joe’s carries a variety of international quality foods and excels in frozen, prepared meals. As you enter the store a selection of flowers and produce will greet you, further on vegetables, fruits and great cooler with cheeses. Here prices are unbeatable. You can find paté as well. Further down past and cheese. As you go on, frozen products, pizza, indian food, greek spanakopitas, chinese vegetable rice, naan breads, gyozas, edemami as well. Notice the quality in every product and the quantity of non-meat products has to be heaven for a vegetarian. I tried also frozen shrimp from Argentina. COD, salmon, chicken, etc… in the eggs/dairy they have assorted labels from $3.- to $7.- they beat any supermarket in price and availability.
Of course almond milk and non dairy products are a given. Choices of bread will not disappoint you either.
There is an isle for wines and beers. Although these brands may not be known and you will have to buy, try and selfie that bottle, again, they are above the rest.
Staff is very helpful, attentive, well trained, courteous.
In summary, I used to shop at publix ( a decade ago) and I only go there to buy detergent.
I posted our shopping ticket which lasts 2 weeks for 2 people at $220.- Is not only about the money but here you buy food for the week.
I hope you’ll enjoy shopping.
