Yesterday I met with both salesman Mike and Diego who were very helpful in showing me the dream car I’ve been eye balling for a while now. They gave me a great deal on my trade in, even matching a better offer I received previously. I was firm on what my limits were and with some good back and forth, we finally scored a great deal on my New Prius Prime XSE Premium. I couldn’t be happier with my new car. Truthfully, I think the experience will be based off of your sales person. I've been there before and the sales guy and my wife got into it, because he was rude and condescending. I bought a ford the next week. Probably not the best way to start a review. But I felt it was necessary. That was a few years ago. I've always like Toyota for the reliability aspect. And so I went back 3 days ago. This time i worked with a gentleman by the name of Enrique Victoria. And the whole experience was different. He was very professional but when it was all said and done, we ended up cracking jokes the entire time. He was in high spirits the all day. I arrived around 3pm, i test drove multiple cars. He stayed until 12am to finish the deal. Most of the lost time was my doing. I'm sure they can get you in and out quickly. But I was undecided and it was important for me, to make te best decision for myself. Personally, it was my best experience buying a car. It doesn't have to be drag. I'm really glad I gave them another chance!

He was very fair on pricing; walked me through the buying process as efficiently as possible; and even oversaw the minor repairs needed to some small scratches in the paint personally - I never even had to talk to someone in the service department. Buying a car is never an easy process, but Humberto worked hard to smooth everything out as much as possible.
