My experience:They didn’t have the newest iPhone in stock, then told me I have to buy it at the Apple Store in Towson and would have to bring it back to her for activation when I specifically asked if I could to it myself online. That was a lie. I returned with a new phone then was charged $90 out the door after buying an unlocked iPhone from Apple. My new phone still wasn’t activated and had to contact Total Wireless to do the activation myself anyway (which is free)…that’s when the representative at Total Wireless told me I was scammed and couldn’t help me. The current cell service deal is great: 5yrs at $25/month no slow downs and free activation at the actual store or diy online but you wouldn’t know this location isn’t an actual Total Wireless store. There’s actual stores on Pennsylvania ave and another in Liberty Heights.
