Found an iPhone 11 listed on Marketplace and found out it was through this store. The staff was prompt with response and address. The phone was $100 and the plan was $50, however it wasn't until cashing out that the activation and taxes for $40 was disclosed. I needed the phone so I purchased it but I don't like hidden fees so it's always best to be upfront with customers so they can budget bc obviously we are on a budget if we are looking for a $100 iPhone. Pretty cool store though.

An absolutely FRAUDULENT company. I've tried to cancel my phone plan for 4 MONTHS, but because that phone is broken (and I can't receive texts to it), they say they can't identify my phone. I've even changed my credit card on file, and they're still somehow able to charge me.
This is in direct violation of the FTC's "Click and Cancel" rule that companies are supposed to make it as easy to cancel as it is to sign-up.
They have charged me for FOUR STRAIGHT MONTHS of unauthorized charges. My only recourse is to literally change my bank account.
Do NOT sign up with this company--you'll regret it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Went to sign up for a promotion and they put me on the wrong plan. Didn't find out until the next day when my speeds were slow. They refused to fix it and told me they didn't know how. I spent hours with corporate customer service to resolve. Apparently, the store and corporate Total Wireless are on two totally different systems, so corporate had to put me on the right plan and charge me again for the first month! They couldn't refund me the amount I originally paid the store for the first month and told me I had to get a refund at the store or charge back my credit card. Of course, the store said they couldn't refund me, so I'm forced to go the charge back route. Can you believe it? SO...BOTTOM LINE...AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS, because if you have a problem, you're totally screwed.

I had a 3-phone plan with Total by Verizon for many years.
We upgraded one of the 3 phones with a newer iPhone (which took hours over the phone with the Total by Verizon support staff).
After all was "completed" I found a few months later that rather than replacing the phone on the 3-phone plan, they deleted that phone and added the new phone as a new 3-phone plan.
Bottom line is, I have been paying double for about 3 months.
There is no viable storefront, and regular Verizon support will not take about Total by Verizon. So, it's back to hours over the phone with Total by Verizon support.
Terrible, terrible service.
