Recently brought my Jeep in for an oil change, last service they did not provide a mileage sticker so I brought it in when my car’s oil light came on. Overpriced for tire rotation and they overfilled my tires. This is the second time they overfill my tires and after my car is parked outside, there’s no one to talk to about it as the cashier doesn’t seem to know what to do or what to say. I texted the number they suggested for any questions and concerns and they never answer, never get back to you. I changed my phone number with the cashier to update my info, since then, they have texted me as “Andres”. My name is not Andres, and I’m not even male. I texted them back to let them know they got the wrong info on my account, and they continue to text me as Andres. So, far the service and customer service has been friendly by way below the minimum. I only brought my car here because you’d think they know better about your car, given it’s a Jeep dealership as well but so far, incompetence.
