But then Whaley's closed and sold all assets to Walgreens and Tolson has been going downhill like an avalanche. It isn't the empty shelves that bother me. I don't care how much other product you have on your shelves. But I do care if you can do the ONE JOB you have to do (aka fill prescriptions). They can't seem to anymore. I go to pick up my scripts these days and more often than not they can't seem to fill my ENTIRE script. So I get half of my meds and then have to go back 2 weeks later to get the rest of it. Why can't they get all 30 days worth of my meds to me? Do they not understand I'm not made of time? And they charge to deliver it now, so I have no choice but to go get it or pay to have it brought to me. I'm fed up with it. I've been a patient here for over a year. You know what meds I need and when I need them. Why can't you have it ORDERED and there ready for me. Do your only dang job. I'm disabled and can't drive, stop making this harder on me than it has to be. If you can't do the singular job I need you to do then I will find someone who can. When I need my meds, HAVE THEM ON HAND. Again, you have a computer system that should tell you what you are going to need and when. It should tell you when to order stuff and how much. I understand that you are a small compound pharmacy, but all I'm asking for is to get the entirety of my refills at the time I pick them up and if YOU are incapable of doing YOUR job then don't expect me to fix it for you by driving back in 2 weeks to get the rest of a medication you didn't fully fill. Lack of planning on YOUR part does not equal an emergency on MINE. And it shouldn't. Please do better. If you cannot manage to do better in the next month I'll be switching pharmacies to a big box pharmacy because at least they don't create extra work for me. Please don't make me do this. I have about 20 different scripts with you guys and I would hate to take that business away from you, but I need you guys to meet me halfway. I NEED my scripts to be filled FULLY or you guys need to start offering to deliver the BALANCE for free. Something has to give or I'm going to be forced to find another provider.
