I hate to do this, but I came in today to buy a vape and then I ended up purchasing two. The person you see in the picture is the one who assisted me (more like hindered me.) he told me to open the packages and test them to see if they work I was on my lunch break. I had time to spare so I did as he suggested. One of the vapes worked no problem there the second one did not work. It seemed that the battery or charge mechanism defective. The clerk asked to see the item and wanted to charge it. I said sure he charged it for about a minute and it still did not work. I asked for a refund or exchange and he said no, he won't do that. there is some back-and-forth as I continued to impress upon him my lack of faith in that product once it was " charged " and if I left home and it was not able to keep a charge, I was out of luck. I paid for a product that was defective so I must get a refund or an exchange for a product that works and he continued to say no. there is no information about all sales are final or buy at your own risk. Why would he have me try the item in the first place if he was just going to not Offer any recompense for a defective item. What he did is illegal.the people behind me said this clerk is like that, difficult and give people a hard time. I asked for a receipt and I left once I got that. all I request is a refund or exchange for an item of equal value because what he committed was THEFT!
