I arrived in the store 6:10 and when we walked in they told us that the store is closed, but their door was open and we explain to them that their website says that they're should be open until 7 p.m.. They were not really rude, butdidn't even want to accommodate us and let us do our last-minute shopping.i explained to them that they should have close the door at least so the customer would know and understand but when the doors are open that means the business still operating and they should have no excuse to accommodate the customer that's walking in. They should have corrected their hours on there website maybe a week or two ahead of time. Very unprofessional of them. I would go back to tillys, but, I would not go back to this particular store.
