Read MoreI got my PS5 HDMI port serviced yesterday afternoon. I dropped it off around 1:30-2'Oclock. The man said it would be 130$ to be repaired and he would call when it was ready, I didn't like the fact he did not offer a time nor an estimated time when it would be ready, but then when it was time to pay it came out to be 144$ plus tax. I received 2 receipts both with different prices. The wait was 5 hours. It was ready at 6:20. When I got it home it began working until the console had to update. I called to see the time of opening and walked back up to the store this morning to see what the issue could be and been waiting a few hours for the man to show up and he was not there, mind you the sign says open but all the lights are off and no one is available. There is no way taxes should be damn near 15 dollars on a service that was not done correctly and to not show when the shop is considered to be open. I would prefer a detailed itinerary showing what I am paying for so I, as a paying costumer, don't feel cheated out of a paid service.
