89 cents for a 32oz blue cup is a great deal.
No they can’t allow indefinite parking at the time of writing, no matter how much you pay at checkout or how much of a regular you are.
Speaking of checkout, they will always try to steer you to self check out since it’s less cash counting at the end of the shift and those machines have a requirement to serve a certain or above % hourly. It’s not about taking anyone’s job since everyone has a checklist to do by the end of the shift so take that tin foil hat elsewhere.
The gas station is a mix of few adults and kids in their early 20s, some of them have some attitude issues with each other and if you’re not careful they can be very rude.
There are 3 managers, one of them apparently is well known across the Thornton branches but has a hard time seeing how his youthful workers really are, enough to help them better although he does love to train people so he claims. The second manager is seen working hard and somewhat seems overworked at times, the main manager is half the time there learning from the other two managers or working with them trying to keep top brass happy and is very kind but at times proves lack of awareness or proper approach about the toxicity behind the young workers. What do I mean? They like to talk bad about each other and despise the people they talk about are above them in rank with interesting ideas that they need to get paid more than them. The most self centered group I’ve seen, they can group up to talk about one individual and while not knowing how much they dislike each other. Just get your drink, pay at self check out and leave fast.
Don’t use the air pump at the corner, half the time it fails to work properly, eating your money.
Not sure if it’s still an issue but there used to be a lot of bees anywhere trash would be, services have sprayed but there's still a few bees sometimes.
Bathrooms are usually kept clean 9.5/10
When you walk into the location from the front, turn right, sign on top says bathroom. (make sure we don't forget to read.)
They have great hotdogs but their other sandwiches are a bit high in price around 5-6$ and the size of a small muffin. more power to you if you love-em.
This gas station has issues at some pumps half the time, no way to know what your luck will be. most of the time people have to walk in to get a receipt and at times your card will jam into the pump (you just have to pull it out hard enough, yes your card will have a bit of damage unless you rather leave it in there or have someone from this location pull it hard enough.)
(Update)
Been a long time since I worked at this here tire shop of short tempered kids with internal issues and a goat.. of a manager with two faces.
I'm told not much changed and just the placing of hours for some people, a lead walked out on a client once and all that jazz (rude), at the end of the day you're just dealing with kids with a blind uncle who's half the time not there. Do not use the free air pumps at the back of the station by the fuel pumps because those apparently are high pressure air pumps that can in the worst case make your tire explode and at that range can be lethal but thats just what I heard.
