I visited the store last week to process a few returns from Amazon with only the QR code handy. The brown-haired kid that helped me said that I needed to print labels in order to process the returns, even though I had a "No Label" QR code that only needed to be zapped. He refused to help, so at that point I had written off the store, but wanted to give it another try, despite receiving such bad customer service. Regardless, I gave it another shot today, and glad I did, as Braxton processed all of my returns in minutes, without hassle and without a printed label. He simply zapped the QRs and finished. I give 3 stars due to the previous experience. If not for Braxton today, I would have given 1 star. This kid is a star, but management needs to get a clue, as he was solo this morning with a line of people to tend to. You're going to burn this kid out, then he'll quit, then you'll be back to 1 star. Get ahead of it while you can and commend your employee. He saved you a customer, and bad review today.
