This is not an activity that we do on any regular basis so we had lots of questions as to how to proceed. I inquired around town at various mailing businesses as to advice and they all had limited answers. But the minute I was in contact with the owner at UPS 2342 on Meigs Rd. in Santa Barbara we immediately had all our answers met. At every level of communications (phone, email or direct contact), we were given helpful information in a warm and friendly manner...this applied not only with the owner but all her staff. They handled all our concerns about packing, shipping, and labeling. They simplified the whole process to our immense relief. And we were contacted immediately afterwards of the status of our shipment. We can't express our appreciation enough that they were at our side when we needed them.
