Read MoreI recently visited The UPS Store on E March Lane with the intention of sending some important express delivery documents. According to their posted hours online and at the door, they close at 6 PM, so I arrived at 5:40 PM, expecting to have enough time to complete my transaction.
To my dismay, when I arrived, the doors were already locked, and a "Closed" sign was hanging in the window. I understand that sometimes things happen and staff may want to leave on time, but it was disappointing to find that they had closed early, especially when I had planned my visit around their stated hours.
While the store may offer good services during regular hours, my experience left a lot to be desired. It’s crucial for businesses to adhere to their posted hours to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
Based on this experience, I would rate The UPS Store at 1163 E March Lane Suite D **2 stars**. I hope they can improve their customer service by ensuring they stay open until the time they advertise.
**UPDATE:** Unfortunately, my frustration has continued. Today, more than three days since my last visit, I attempted to use their services again. It was around 4 PM, well before their advertised closing time, and yet once again, the store was CLOSED. I was not alone in my disappointment; there were several other customers outside with packages in hand, equally confused and frustrated by the early closure.
This repeated experience reinforces my concern about the reliability of this location. I sincerely hope they take these issues seriously and work on their adherence to posted hours to better serve their customers.
