HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If you walk in and a Patricia greets you as your sales person, RUN AWAY immediately. We ordered a beautiful OW LEE set for a fire pit we recently built in our back yard. Custom set, with furniture covers.
Once she got our CC, no further communication from her. We had to proactively contact them for delivery updates. We did get the furniture delivered, but they did not bring the Covers we purchased. When we called and again spoke to Patricia, she advised they would be delivered the next Friday, as they were heading out our way. Friday came and went, with zero communication.
After almost 11 weeks after delivery of the furniture, still NOTHING. Every time we spoke to Patricia, she had no clue who we were, and once she realized we were following up on an order, she had no interest in helping us, as I'm sure her commission was already made.
Finally after giving up on Patricia, the ONLY helpful person was Victoria. We spoke to her, and she actually did proactively contact us and advise that she expedited the order (They never ordered our furniture covers?), and as soon as they were in, she would have them immediately delivered or sent to us via UPS, as we already paid a delivery charge.
Well, this morning we received a call from a Patty that advised our furniture covers were finally in... Hallelujah! Patty (was that you Patricia?) advised we could come in and pick them up at any time. When we advised we paid a delivery charge, and Victoria advised they would be sent, Patty RUDELY said who is paying for the UPS charge, is Victoria? My wife then immediately asked to speak to a manager, or owner, and Patty advised she was the owner.... Really?
So Tom, are you the owner or is Patty? Because if she actually is the owner, you have created a non customer-centric service business, and her treatment of us after spending several thousand dollars with your company is incomprehensible.
If you are looking for high end patio furniture, go elsewhere. All will negotiate with you, and will give you a reasonable deal, but stay far away from this place, as you can see by our experience and the actual real other reviews that this place cares NOTHING about their customers.
Shame on you Patty/Patricia (same person?) and Tom.
So Tom responded with allegations that we yelled at his Staff, and didn't know anybody's names. We got EVERYBODY's name, and noted them above with an honest blow by blow of exactly what happened. You are the victim here? I spend a significant amount of money, and STILL DO NOT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED! The point I am making to potential clients that are looking to spend THOUSANDS of dollars on quality patio furniture is to go elsewhere. Go where they appreciate your business, and if there is a problem, the WILL NOT Lie to you, and rectify any issues in a professional courteous manner. Tom, I look forward to seeing how long you stay in business with your attitude and lack of service acumen.
