I have not taken good care of my hair. It have had the goal of growing it out. I quickly realized I was in over my head. Thankfully, Alphonso came through for me. I will be honest, I did not know what I was asking for. I had a vague idea. Alphonso was patient, answered all my questions with kindness and a goal of teaching me. I learned a lot! It excited me to come home and immediately start researching and trying new things. Within days of his advice, my hair is healthier than it’s been in years.
The real treat of the day was getting to talk to Alphonso. While he cut my hair we talked about many things in life. Alphonso is a positive, happy, social man who truly thrives on boosting other people through connection. I was blown away by his wisdom and kindness. He made my entire day with his giving spirit. My lines on my hair were neat and done with care. He is the first barber I have been to that cares about my hairstyle and understands the confidence it brings to me.
For not knowing what I wanted and being very underprepared, he gave me exactly what I asked for. I had some of the cleanest lines I have ever had on my hair. If you are fortunate enough to get a spot in Alphonsos chair, he will not only take care of you, but you will leave with your happy and inspired to go take on the world.
