Armani and everyone in the store is so kind. Except for one kid that works in the Pro loading area. I never faced anybody so rude for no reason. I believe his name is Noah or real close to that. He has no filter when it comes to talking to any customers I think but myself is a Pro customer I was shocked. They changed the pro parking I had noticed it some other locations they had done the same thing. The lines were still set up for the pro parking in the loading area. The young man walked up to me and said you need to move your truck now. I said excuse me. I don't mind moving but that's not how you talk to a customer and I'm Pro customers. Usher please understand this when you address a customer you should be polite and curious I always am. He says that's fine I'll move it. I said young man I wish to speak to your manager. Armani came up very polite. I told her the situation. She immediately took the young man off to the side and she had a conversation with him. Home Depot has a very good manager in Armani. All I was there I shopped in the paint department. I shopped in the lumber area. A shopped in Millworks. And I got out of the store as quickly as I could. I didn't mind walking the extra distance to the new Pro parking. I loaded my vehicle there. And today when I went back I parked in that same spot. I believe it was Ken who is working the loading dock today. He and others in the store were helpful when I came back to buy more products for our project. I visited a lot of different Home depots around the valley and the State of Arizona. I enjoy stopping by Millworks at this location and telling Chris hi he is always so helpful today he helped me with a set of doors. There's just so many good people who work in the store. So I can't let One bad Apple spoil a five star store. By the way guys in the paint department today. Spot on! The wall matched 100%. And that color for the door with the little tent added to it. That made a world of difference for a front door to stand out. It's important the main focus before entering a home that's going up for sale stands out.
